Our Return Promise

We want you to love every SFEERCO product. If you're not completely satisfied, we make returns simple, free, and hassle-free — no questions asked.

1. Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging with all accessories included
  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

Items that are damaged due to misuse, assembled furniture, or personalized/customized products are not eligible for return.

2. How to Return

  1. Email us at service@sfeerco.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return shipping label
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Drop it off at the nearest carrier location
  5. Keep your tracking number as proof of return

3. Return Shipping

Return shipping is completely free. We provide a prepaid return label — you will never pay out of pocket to return a SFEERCO product. Simply print the label and drop off your package at any carrier location.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/debit card — 14 business days (may vary by bank)
  • PayPal — 14 business days
  • Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay — 14 business days
  • Klarna — subject to Klarna's refund processing timeline

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. If you haven't received your refund after 14 business days, please contact us at service@sfeerco.com.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • A brief description of the damage

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer. In most cases you will not be required to return the damaged item.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at service@sfeerco.com. We will send the correct item at no additional cost and arrange collection of the wrong item free of charge.

6. Shipping Information

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required. Orders are shipped via trusted carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

Processing Time

All orders are processed same day when placed before 3:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends are processed the next business day.

Estimated Delivery

  • Standard shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Remote or rural areas: up to 7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high demand periods such as holidays. SFEERCO is not liable for carrier-related delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your delivery status in real time through the carrier's website.
