Customer Support Specialist
We're looking for a warm, sharp, and resourceful Customer Support Specialist to be the first voice our customers hear. You'll handle order inquiries, returns, and general questions — and you'll genuinely care about making each interaction count.
What you'll do
- Respond to customer emails, chats, and messages within 24 hours
- Handle returns, exchanges, and order issues with empathy and efficiency
- Identify recurring issues and relay feedback to improve our products and processes
- Help build out our help center and FAQ documentation
What we're looking for
- 1+ year of customer support experience (e-commerce preferred)
- Excellent written English — clear, warm, and professional
- Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, or similar tools is a plus
- Self-starter who can work independently across time zones
Compensation
$38,000 – $48,000 / year depending on experience. Fully remote, flexible hours.

Our catalog is only as good as our eye for quality. As Product Curator, you'll be responsible for discovering, vetting, and onboarding new products — ensuring everything we sell meets the SFEERCO standard.
What you'll do
- Research and identify new furniture and home decor products from global suppliers
- Evaluate product quality, pricing, and market fit
- Coordinate sample orders and quality assessments
- Write compelling product descriptions and ensure accurate listings
- Monitor sales performance and phase out underperforming products
What we're looking for
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and knowledge of home decor trends
- Experience in product sourcing, buying, or merchandising
- Analytical mindset — you back your taste with data
- Familiarity with Shopify and/or dropshipping supply chains is a strong plus
Compensation
$45,000 – $60,000 / year. Remote, with occasional supplier video calls across time zones.

We need someone who can make our brand feel alive on Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok. You'll create content that inspires people to imagine SFEERCO pieces in their homes — and turns followers into customers.
What you'll do
- Plan and produce visual content for Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok
- Write captions that reflect the SFEERCO voice — warm, direct, and aspirational
- Engage with our community and respond to comments and DMs
- Track performance metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly
- Collaborate on product launch campaigns and seasonal promotions
What we're looking for
- Proven track record growing a brand or personal account
- Strong eye for interior design and lifestyle aesthetics
- Experience with Canva, Adobe, or similar tools
- Data-literate — you know what's working and why
Compensation
$22 – $30 / hour, ~20 hrs/week. Flexible schedule.

Behind every on-time delivery is someone making sure the pieces are in place. As our Logistics & Operations Coordinator, you'll keep orders flowing smoothly from supplier to customer — and solve problems before customers even notice them.
What you'll do
- Monitor order fulfillment and shipping across our supplier network
- Coordinate with suppliers on inventory, delays, and quality issues
- Handle escalated shipping issues, lost packages, and claims
- Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements
- Maintain accurate records and reporting on fulfillment metrics
What we're looking for
- Experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or supply chain
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable communicating with international suppliers
- Proactive problem-solver who doesn't wait to be told what to do
Compensation
$42,000 – $55,000 / year depending on experience. Fully remote.
